Kent Libraries, Registration and Archives have been running a digital inclusion project using tablets and IT volunteers to engage Home Library Service customers. The pilot has now been evaluated, and recommendations, including embedding this offer into the service and widening it to all housebound residents in Kent, are being implemented.
